FAITH WEDNESDAY!

4th November 2020 No Comments

The lockdown in England begins tomorrow. A lot of us right now may not have enough , some are out of work and wondering what next. I know saying not to worry will not bring a solution, but try not to worry so much, rather think of ways to solve the problem. Do not fret so much .

I am one who could panic and fret at every little issue, but I must say, I have learned to handle issues a whole lot better by reminding myself of God’s word towards me.

If you are in a position to help someone during this one month of lockdown – 5th November 2020 to 2nd December 2020, please do. Nothing is too little and as the Tesco slogan says- Every little helps.

We all have one thing or the other that will trouble us. Know that in all of that, we must keep our hearts and minds clean and pure. Stay positive and be with positive people. If there are people or thing that bring negative vibes, move away , you do not need that . Your mental health as I say is as important as the air you breathe, you have no life when you lose yourself.

Stay positive, be positive, read the right books- Your bible, books of encouragement and motivation, anything that clears your mind body and soul like exercises, eating well, sleeping right among other things. Most importantly is to just trust and believe that everything is going to be alright.

Personally, I am going through a rough patch at the moment, but my trust and hope are in knowing that God is with me and has never left my side. Only good vibes allowed around me. What you feed your mind is what you pour out so, be careful what you put/take in.

The word of God says ”A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones” – Proverbs 17:22. When you stay cheerful, you can actually pass that vibe to the next person. Negative thoughts and vibes weigh you down and just drains you. Which would you rather have?

”Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up” – Proverbs 12:25. Reading the bible always helps me gain strength when I feel I am feeling half empty. Learn to put a smile on someone’s face daily , you never know how far that smile can go in the life of that person, especially now that we are unable to meet up with family and friends. Show love, share love and even you will be happy too.
